We hired Darren and Chad to replace some of the windows in our apartment block in downtown Regina, and we were extremely impressed with their work from start to finish.

I called around and spoke with several contractors, but Darren stood out right away. He responded immediately, got back to me quickly with a proper quote, and didn’t leave me waiting around for days. He was efficient, professional, offered a fair price, and scheduled the job within a reasonable timeframe. I believe he even did a drive-by of the property the very first day I called.

When it came time for the installation, Darren and Chad were excellent. They replaced the windows in one of our tenants’ units and were incredibly respectful throughout the process. They brought drop cloths, worked carefully, and by the end, they did not leave behind a single speck of dust. Darren also confirmed everything the day of the job and managed the entire installation from start to finish.

We own an apartment block with multiple units, and we will absolutely be calling Darren and Chad again to replace more windows in the future. If you are considering new windows for your rental property or your home, Darren and Chad are the people to call.

Thank you both for doing such a great job. The windows look absolutely beautiful and make the whole place look brand new. It is one of the best upgrades you can make to a rental property or a home.

Amazing work and communication! Reused our trim and blinds and everything looks fantastic. While they were doing work on the second floor, they even blew out our eavestrough! Would recommend these guys to anyone!!

Green Smart was not only quick to reply and friendly, but they did a beautiful job installing our new door ahead of the original install date, and for a competitive price. We would happily use them for all our future window and door needs!

Great experience! Installers were friendly, fast and cleaned up every bit of mess they made. Windows were exactly as ordered, installed and looking great. I would definitely recommend them if you need windows and/or doors.

Cat loves being able to site at the front door watching the bird the main window just wasnt close enough!! I'm loving that I can now open windows and front door let in fresh air. Highly recommend them. Was told install probably wouldnt happen until august but they managed to fit me in early so wouldnt have to go through summer with unopenable windows.

Darren and his crew were easy to deal with from the beginning to end! We started with most of our windows in 2023 and just had them back to finish another winow and our exterior doors! We would and have definitely recommended them!

Very impressed with the quality of work, product, and warranty provided by Green Smart Windows, Doors & Blinds. Darren was easy to communicate with, provided a detailed quote, answered my questions, and helped us meet the requirements of the Federal Greener House Grant program. On site, Darren and his crew were professional, worked hard in the cold weather, and cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. We were able to keep much of the character inside as we didn't have to remove the historic window trim in many of the windows. Thank you for helping to update our house and remove all the old drafty windows.

Darren and his team did a replacement of every window and door in our house during a large scale renovation. We were very pleased with their work, communication and responsiveness. We had one warranty claim to make and Darren was excellent at making sure the window was replaced asap. No issues since and it has now been one year. We would definitely use this company again.

Darren and his crew were terrific! They went out of their way to accomodate some older features of our original windows such as a kitchen sill we wanted to retain and installed a very large, heavy and tricky 6 pane bay window in our bedroom. They measured everything meticulously to avoid disturbing baseboards in our front room where they installed 3 floor to ceiling windows, and the interior trim was installed perfectly throughout. Their prices were also very competitive and reasonable for the 11 windows they installed. Now that I've used their services, I wouldn't use anyone else!

Darren was timely with his quotes and really knows his stuff. He did great work when installing our two doors. The work site was left clean when they finished. The wife is now considering ordering blinds in the near future.
